At Bearly Farms, we take great care in packaging and shipping live plants to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to grow. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped based on plant readiness, weather conditions, and seasonal timing. Because plants are living products, we may delay shipping to avoid extreme temperatures that could harm plant health.

Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers selected at our discretion to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Live Plant Considerations

Plants may experience minor cosmetic stress during transit, including leaf yellowing or temporary wilting. These conditions are normal and typically resolve with proper care after arrival.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages left unattended after delivery

  • Damage caused by extreme weather after delivery

We strongly recommend that customers retrieve packages promptly upon delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If you believe your order arrived damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the plants and packaging so we can properly assess the issue.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
