Returns & Refunds
At Bearly Farms, we work hard to deliver healthy, accurately labeled plants. Because plants are living products, we ask customers to review orders promptly.
7-Day Notification Requirement
Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of receiving your plants. This includes shipping damage, incorrect plants, or quality concerns.
If We Made a Mistake
If you received the wrong plant or your order was incorrect, we’ll make it right. We will replace the plant or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed.
If the Order Is Correct
If the plants you received match your order and you decide to return them:

You are responsible for return shipping

A 20% restocking fee applies
Refunds will be issued after returned plants are received and inspected.
Please Note
We cannot accept returns on plants that have been planted, allowed to dry out, or otherwise handled improperly after delivery.
